Chamber Website
The Chamber website is the information site for the Lakes Region of Maine and is one of the best tools available to you as a GBLRCC member. Site visitors can learn more about your business offerings. The website offers many opportunities to highlight your business. All Chamber members receive a basic listing, but have the opportunity to place a Featured Listing, which displays your logo, and features you in a sidebar rotating all Featured Listing members. Visitors can find accommodations, recreation options and business resources. Chamber Business Mixer
The Chamber's Business Mixer is the area’s premier networking opportunity. This monthly event hosted by area businesses, gives Chamber members the chance to showcase their facilities along with the goods and services they provide. The Chamber's Business Mixer, traditionally held from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month, is the perfect place for members to get to know each other, socialize and exchange business cards with prospective clients and customers. This event is open to the public. Join us each month and get to know your neighbors in a relaxed setting.
Chamber Chatter Newsletter
The Chamber Chatter is our official newsletter, emailed each week and is a key resource to learn more about current Chamber activities and member businesses. Advertising rates are extremely inexpensive and can be placed as a banner ad or 1/2 page ad. It’s a great way to broadcast your upcoming sale or event to the Lakes Region Business Community. Chamber Events
The Chamber sponsors events throughout the year where business sponsorships are available. There are different levels of sponsorships allowing the business to select one that suits them best. The events are: Maine Lakes Winter Carnival, Chamber Dinner & Auction, Maine Lakes Brew Fest and the Chamber Annual Awards Dinner.
